Refund Policy


Returns 


Please note that our return policy strictly allows for refunds or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. We regret to inform you that we won't be able to offer any refunds or exchanges on purchases made beyond the stipulated 30-day period.


We are happy to accept returns or exchange requests within 30 days of your purchase if your product does not meet your expectations. In the event of a return request due to dissatisfaction with size or color, we provide the option for exchanges or refunds in the form of store credit. If your return is related to a damaged item we are happy to provide a full refund to your original payment method. Please take note that certain items available for purchase are produced based on demand. Items that are made to order require a production time of 3-4 days, in addition to the time required by your selected shipping method. Please be aware that these on-demand products are marked as such on the product description page, and are not returnable for fashion-related issues. However, we do accept returns for damaged or misprinted products.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the exact condition that you received it. Additionally, it should be in the original packaging. If you believe that your item fulfills these criteria for a return, please refer to the instructions in the Shipping section below.

**HOLIDAY SEASON**

Items eligible for a return and purchased between Nov 15, 2024 and December 21, 2024 can be returned for a refund or exchange until January 31, 2025. 



Please note that certain items cannot be returned. Perishable goods like food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines are non-returnable. Additionally, we do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 


Furthermore, the following items are also non-returnable:

- Gift cards. 

- Downloadable software products. 

- Some health and personal care items.



To complete your return, please provide a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.


Please note that in certain situations, we may only be able to offer partial refunds. This applies to the following cases:

- Books that show obvious signs of use

- Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or have missing parts for reasons not caused by our error

- Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.


Shipping 


If you wish to return a product, kindly send an email to support@jamesblake.store along with your order number and the email address used to place the order.


Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning the item. The shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you are eligible for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from that amount.


The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you will depend on your location. If you are shipping an item over $75, it is recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Please note that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.


Refunds (if applicable) 


After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and send you an email to let you know we've received it. We will also let you know if your refund has been approved or rejected. 

If your refund is approved, we will process it and automatically apply a credit to your credit card or original method of payment within a specific number of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 


To check the status of your refund, start by reviewing your bank account. If it hasn't been posted yet, contact your credit card company and then your bank. Refunds can take some time to process, so please be patient. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@jamesblake.store.


Sale items (if applicable) 


We can only issue refunds for items that were purchased at their full price. Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for items that were purchased on sale.


Exchanges (if applicable) 


We will replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please send us an email at support@jamesblake.store.


Gifts 


If you received an item as a gift that was marked as such when purchased and shipped directly to you, you are eligible for a gift credit equal to the value of the item you return. Once we receive the returned item, we will mail you a gift certificate.


However, if the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
